ADDRESS REQUEST/VERIFICATION FORM

When you submit the address request form, you will receive an automated confirmation email from addressing@baldwin911.org acknowledging that we received your request.
After the request is received it can take up to 5 business days to turn it around, but we try very hard to complete it sooner. Please DO NOT call us to check on the status of your request within 6 business days as we are working hard to complete every request as quickly as possible.
Be sure to monitor your email's spam or junk folders for our reply as sometimes our responses end up there. Emails from us will come from an @baldwin911.org email address. If you do not receive your address letter within 6 business days please double check your spam folder, if you do not find it then contact us.
We do NOT address vacant property, as an address is assigned to a specific location on the property and not the property itself. You must be actively seeking a building or culvert permit to request a new address.
