Records Requests

Baldwin County 911 provides records in accordance with applicable State of Alabama 911 legislation. Please review this statute published by the Alabama 911 Board at the link below.

Section-11-98-12

To request records, please send correspondence to recordsrequest@baldwin911.org. Ensure your request is as descriptive as possible by including call times and any other identifying details. If you are the caller in the record being requested, please include the completed affidavit linked below with your request. 

Records Request Affidavit

Requests are typically processed within 10-14 business days. The fee for record searches is $80 and if call transcripts are requested, they are $100 per transcript provided. Any further questions can be directed to the Custodian of Records, Bryan Dedeaux, ENP, at 251-947-3911 ext. 5169.
